Eileen G. Sullivan, PhD

With more than 25 years as an educator in higher education administration, Eileen understands what students need to be successful in college. She has served as Vice President for Student Affairs for 4 institutions, a role that is responsible for student success and a plethora of departments serving students through the out-of-class learning environment including Counseling and Psychological Services, Disability Resource Centers, and Health Services. Having served in senior leadership roles at small private institutions and large public universities in California, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa and Michigan, Eileen understands the many college options and levels of support available to students with disabilities. She has dedicated her career to ensuring that all students can find a sense of belonging, be successful, and reach their fullest potential. Her work has included eliminating equity gaps in retention and graduation rates and research that includes college support services for students on the autism spectrum.


Eileen received her PhD. in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University, an M.S. in Guidance and Counseling/Student Personnel Work from Eastern Illinois University, and a B.S. in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
